A few weeks ago we were talking about how our words can form frequencies of thought and action. How our words can literally form the world around us.
We don't often think about it, but our food can also influence us through frequencies. That's because everything in God's universe is vibrating - plants, animals, the very computer (or phone) you're using now. When it comes to food, natural isn't just about "better". Natural means a pure frequency, a God-created frequency. Man-made, on the other hand, means a diluted, impure frequency.
However, not everything that's natural vibrates in a way that your body can use. Toxins, heavy metals, even some plants and animals can have a negative affect on your health. At the very least, they can be hard on your system, using up your body's resources and making it harder for you to deal with the everyday stresses life throws at you.
Just the other day I was reading about how everyday grocery store products and supplements can be laced with impurities. Imagine if every bite or pill was laced with a tiny amount of poison - over time the toxic build up could reach dangerous levels!
Do me a favor, take a minute to hear what Dr. Spiess has to say about toxic contamination in supplements. Now, before you go there, you should know he is offering a supplement. If you're already taking one, you might consider giving his a try. Either way, I think you'll learn something new and be better equipped.

While we've been led to believe that fish is one of the healthiest food choices around, what you probably didn't know is that there are 4 specific types of fish -- all very common -- that you should literally NEVER eat due to incredibly high levels of contamination that can and WILL hammer the delicate cells of your body with toxic inflammation...
In the end, this toxic inflammation build up contributes to achy joints, premature aging of the skin (and less visible organs like the heart, kidneys, and liver), difficulty shedding excess body fat, cognitive decline, forgetfulness, feeling blue and moody, and so much more...
Take it from my colleague and top medical doctor, Dr. Phil Spiess; avoid these 4 types of fish like the plague:
